Kira Jones started with Chaffee County Fire in 2014. As the Fire Marshal, Kira handles all the plan reviews, subdivision applications, and oversees the Fire Prevention/Inspections Department. Kira became a volunteer with Chaffee County Fire in 2015 and became part of the paid staff in October 2017.Current certifications she has are Firefigher 1, Firefigher 2, HazMat Tech, Inspector 1, Proctor and Wildland Firefighter 1.
